When will my Jr Gaels Hockey Apparel order be ready ?

How do I know which size to order?

Each of the products in this store has garment measurements included in the product images. Please choose your garment size carefully - we cannot accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing.

 

What happens if one of my products isn't immediately available?

We’ll let you know if any of the items you’ve ordered aren’t immediately available. We’ll give you our best estimate for when they’ll be back in stock, and give you the following options:

• You can wait for the back-ordered item(s) to become available.
• You can cancel the back-ordered item(s) and receive a full refund.

Can I make any changes to my order once it has been placed?

Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change to a current order. We will do our best to fulfill your request.

What should I do first when I get my order?

Before trying on any new Junior Gaels Hockey apparel, please make sure to confirm the following:

• Quantities are correct 
• Sizing is correct 
• Personalization (name or number) are correct

If any of these details are incorrect, please contact us immediately.

 

There is a problem with my order. What do I do? 

We exercise a high degree of care in producing quality garments, and we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a garment with a defect, please contact us right away. (Refer to our refund policy for more details.)

If one of your garments doesn't fit properly, we'll be happy to produce a replacement item at a 50% discount.
